I am not doing too well...  The rice packed on the pounds.  Plus now with the cheese, my plumbing is all messed up.

I had something for breakfast, but what was it?

I also had the usual goat yogurt, goat cheese, almonds
2 hardboiled eggs w/salt

I didn't keep up with my blogging, so I've forgotten what I had

Whatever I did have had grains/carbs, as I got puffy again (see tomorrow's post!)
