Day 162 (August 9, 2011)
Weight: 140.5, gained .5lb Considering I had some candy yesterday and add'l carbs yesterday, I'm OK with 140.5. I'm craving carbs today. I have to stay strong! I haven't had a PP day in a long time, I've been too tired/lazy to cook my yogurt sauce, maybe I'll do that tomorrow.
