Day 163 (August 11, 2011)
Weight: 141.5, gained 1.25lbTime to do a PP day! I've been lax because I was still losing weight, and it was hot and I was too lazy to cook a sauce. Anyway, no more excuses for today:

Steak w/yogurt paprika sauce
Salted cashews
