Under 139! When I go lower than today's weight, it'll be my lowest since 2006 or 2007. Since I had a huge block of cheese, I decided to have another PP day, trying to break my Mike & Ike habit:
1.25 e.w. protein powder
Colonix
Scrambled eggs
Salmon w/cajun spices
Manchego cheese
Yogurt
Almonds
Chicken breast tenders w/yogurt curry sauce
Still not doing that much exercise. I'm probably losing a little muscle from inactivity, but come fall I'll start P90X again.
