Milestone: Under 63kg. Lowest weight since 2004!
Under 139 still. Back to PV w/rye round & margarine. I also had a week's rest from my 4HB supplements (you're supposed to take a rest week every 8 weeks), so back to Garlic, ALA and de-caffeinated Green Tea extract. My goal is still 135, but I might go to a few lb further, not below 130 though.
