Exercise: Walked 22 blocks to work, walked 32 blocks (16 RT) at lunch, walked 36 blocks after work

Another PP day. I'm putting down 149.75, because I was under 150, but the number probably would have been 149.9 on a digital scale, but my doctor's scale only does it in quarter-pound increments.  The fish is a good lunch for me, as I don't overeat.  I can put away several pieces of meat or pork.  I should only have fish or chicken on PP days to keep the portions down.

Braunschweiger (4 slices)

Manchego cheese
