P90X Day 11 & 12: Rest Day and Legs & Back

I decided to take it easy yesterday.  Maybe that was the right thing, because I felt really good today.  Anyway, toughed it out through L&B.  Increased my pullups by 12 (still no unassisted), to 86.  My sneakers are still slipping on the floor when I do my wall squats, which is very annoying.  I'm going to have to solve that problem soon.  Other than that, things are going well.  Still shrinking, even though the scale isn't moving.  Maybe tomorrow will be the day I go into the 140's.
