3:00 PM -- I did all the exercises (except for the bonus round). I think I did better than last week, but I might have eaten too few calories so far today (2 scrambled eggs, some carrots).
8:30 PM -- Shoulders & Arms went well. I increased some weights and reps. OK, usually you should have a day in between C&B and S&A. I had 28 hrs. Tomorrow, walking or Yoga, or maybe both!
