I did this on Sunday, since I did that 1.5 hour walk on Saturday. Doing well on the weights, lifted 15lb in my supination curls, and I'm already up to 20 reps on the right on Side Tri Rise. (My daughter was with me in this one and rocked it)
Monday & Tuesday I am not at home, so I'm not sure what I'll do Wednesday. Probably push everything back a bit, do 2 routines on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Yes, if one is X Stretch, it's doable. I like my weeks to start on Thursdays.
