I took a rest day on Wednesday, and did Core Syn yesterday. I think I did OK. I stuck with 5lb, and did the middle pushups on the Prison Cell pushups. I have to improve on those, I'm not jumping up and down. I should definitely do more than 3. Taking another rest day (bad!). I'm going to take a walk tomorrow, then do Yoga.
I'm also planning to do the BBL's High and Tight workout this weekend.
