So, first I meandered from 116th street to 59th street (1.5 hours, I shopped too). Had a few almonds, then got some chicken for lunch. My legs are tired from Plyo yesterday, but Shoulders & Arms should be fine later. I will also do X Stretch today or tomorrow, as I won't be able to do the usual routines on Monday or Tuesday, So I'll have to get creative with my schedule. Here's what I'm planning
Sunday: Kenpo
Monday: nothing, maybe a long walk
Tuesday: nothing, maybe a long walk
Wednesday: Legs & Back
Thursday: X Stretch
Friday: C&B
Saturday: Plyo & Shoulders & Arms
