Well, no point getting too excited, I think I'm dehydrated. I had tons of almonds yesterday, but evidently my workout helped burn some calories! Today was a PP day. Did P90X's Plyo.
Water intake: 71oz and 2 mugs herbal tea. Not enough, I know!
