I really needed to work on my house this weekend, so I decided to not stress about the workouts. I am trying to catch up now. I plan to double up on some workouts this weekend. I did CS&T and ARX yesterday. I was able to increase my full pushups from 29 to 44, and did all reps of the ARX exercises except for the V-rollups & left obliques, but increased from 285 to 327. Plyo today.
