P90X Winter 2011-12 Day 42-43: Plyo and Back & Biceps

Had a good workout for Plyo.  Every exercise I did was less modified than last week.  Back & biceps was the next day, and that also went well.  My abs still ached from the other day, so I only did 3 exercises (75 reps total).
