Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 16 Saturday

Weight: 141lb (64.09kg, 10.07st)
Loss: 1.25lb
Total lost: 6.5lb (2.95kg, 0.46st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 17lb (7.73kg, 1.21st)

Water intake: 39oz & 39oz lemonade  (2.3l) & 1mugs of herbal tea

What a relief!  Still some work to do, though.  The week was pretty horrible! I'm still .25 away from my low last week.  I'm no longer puffy though.  The tomato sauce I used has no added sugar, but of course it has sodium.  I was puffy when I woke up for a few moments after  I went to sleep, so I took a simethicone pill.
