Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 17 Wednesday

Day 120
Weight: 139.75lb (63.52kg, 9.98st)
Loss: 2.25lb!!!
Total lost: 7.75lb (3.52kg, 0.55st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 18.25lb (8.30kg, 1.30st)
Milestone: Under 10st (ok, again, but better hydrated)

Water intake: 116oz & 45oz lemonade = (176= 5.2l) & 1 mug herbal tea

Yay!  I will definitely call this a WHOOSH!  It took me one month to get back down to this weight, but with the extra hydration, it may also be a truer loss than the numbers I was posting in March. I also cut my food intake. I was eating many hundreds of calories in almonds, sometimes probably 600!  This morning I was regretting the goat yogurt I had last night at 9:30.  However, I counted my calories for yesterday, and they added up to about 1200, so I may have to have that second serving just so I don't undereat. 

I'm going to do another PP day today, and maybe even three or four.  I am feeling motivated, and I have lots of different protein foods in my fridge right now.  I also did not attend the company function this evening.  They usually have well-catered events, and they do have Dukan-friendly choices, but mistakes do happen and I did my walk instead, about 50 blocks.

  2. Thank you so much! Dukan Dietress' post about Prawn's breaking his plateau was so on point for me yesterday. Cutting portions worked here for me too.
