Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 17 Saturday

Weight: 142.25lb (64.66kg, 10.16st)
Loss: .25lb
Total lost: 5.25lb (2.39kg, 0.34st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 15.75lb (7.16kg, 1.13st)

Water intake: 75oz & 39oz lemonade (114oz=3.37l) & 1 mug of herbal tea

A PV day.  Maybe I'll do a PP day tomorrow.  The scale may not be moving much, but I seem to be a bit smaller, as my underbust is now 29-29.5 (was 30 just a few weeks ago)!  I'm still a little clogged up, so hopefully I can improve that this weekend.  I also looked back at when I was under 140 in March, and I noticed that I was drinking about 1liter less water than I've been drinking now, so hmmm.  I'll have to see what the final number is when I'm more hydrated.
