I did ARX this morning, I did 291 reps total. Then this evening I did Chest & Back. I did 87 pushups (plus an additional 41 girly ones), and 52 chair-assisted pullups. Good results, but I really had to force myself to finish the second half.
Wow! Impressive! I've always wanted to get better with push ups. I think I'm going to start working on them this week. You've inspired me. And good news! I stayed away from the alcohol tonight!
Thank you! Of course, that's 6 different pushup styles, two sets of each, broken up with pullups and other back exercises, so it's not like I can do 87 in a row! BTW, the methods I described to decrease my interest in alcohol definitely worked for me, but if they hadn't I would probably have ended up in AA. I was lucky that my taste for it was really related to my carb addiction, so I was able to deal with it in a different way. Keep up the good work!
