I made it to work, but I'm definitely not 100% yet. I forgot my makeup bag, so all I had was foundation. I'll have to pick something up at lunch. Well, that NYTimes article regarding meat, carnitine & heart disease was sort of scary, but then again, I wonder if people who were not eating grain would have the same bacteria? No idea. Anyway, since I've always craved beef, I'm going to stick to it for now.
