I redid the Dukan Diet schedule using Tuesday & Wednesday the 26th & 27th of March as the two days of Attack, and 60 days of Cruise ending on Tuesday May 27th. So now, when I'm tempted to "cheat" even a little, I'm focused on how few days are left to be strict. Today is only 56 days.
I thought I'd try the shirataki noodles, but I'm not going to have them again. I got bloated again, and don't want to go through that again! Yes, they are zero carbs, but no thanks.
