Had a long talk with my friend who is an herbalist, talking about my digestive issues. I mentioned how I felt a lot better, and wasn't having bloating issues in Belgium. What was different? I wasn't drinking as much water, I was having a beer a day, and I was away from my pets. Since my trip I've decreased my water intake. I also cut out an extra allergen (stevia). I have also increased my walking, not as much as I should, but it was down to minimum required to get to work & home. So now I am going to try having a beer on PV days. I am going to continue to have minimal carbs on PP days, so no yogurt tomorrow.
