Water intake: 108oz & 22oz lemonade ( 130oz = 3.84l)

Exercise: nothing special

Partial PP day (morning). The puffiness is going down, but I'm dehydrated, so I'm going to have to up the level of water.  I haven't been drinking enough at my desk at work... I think there was a lot of salt in my restaurant meal (see below), and combined with the wine, I tried to counteract it with a lot of water.

Colonix
1.25 e.w protein powder
Goat yogurt
Broiled boneless pork chop w/mustard

Goat gouda
Goat yogurt

For dinner I went out, and had:

Filet mignon wrapped in bacon
Steamed veggies
2 glasses of red wine

Roasted butternut squash
Goat yogurt

No almonds today!
