Dukan Diet Fall Challenge 2012 -- Week 6 Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Friday:

1.25 e.w protein powder
Steak w/salsa
Soy steamer w/caramel syrup (grande size)
Sweet potato fries - was tempted to get seconds, but no seconds in Dukan, so I was good
Asparagus & mushroom frittata (dairy-free, w/goat cheese)
  -- I made this myself, so I know it's Dukan-friendly
Apple crisp (DF/WF, yes, has oats & sugar, but gluten-free flour) -- multiple servings
Red wine (2 small glasses)
Goat yogurt

Saturday:

Colonix
1.25 e.w. protein powder
Snacked at the movies on:
Almonds
After the movies:
Goat yogurt
Asparagus & mushroom frittata (dairy-free, w/goat cheese)
Costco hotdog (no bun)
Goat cheese
Red wine (several)

What did I have for dinner?

Sunday:

Colonix
1.25 e.w. protein powder
Almonds
Goat yogurt
1/2 a brownie w/walnuts
1/2 a fruit tart
Hot chocolate (12oz)
Went to dinner at a restaurant:
Pumpernickel bread
Steak w/chimicurri sauce
Shoestring fries
Green beans
Red wine
