Loss: 1lb, then .25lb
Total Dukan 2013: 0.75lb (0.34kg, .05st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 5.75lb (2.61kg, .41st)
Exercise: various errands both days that required long walks (20min+).
I took it easy on the food this weekend, but kept making stupid mistakes. On Sunday I had brunch, but swapped out the parmesan hash brown patty for some salad, so that was one meal that I was able to stay away from bad stuff.
Saturday:
Goat yogurt several times

remaining gluten-free pretzels -- well, now they can't tempt me
Broiled boneless pork loin w/mustard
Mushrooms (sauteed, coconut oil)
Roasted rutabaga
Sunday:
Scrambled eggs w/some salad
Goat yogurt
Manchego cheese
Broiled boneless pork loin w/mustard

Kasteel Donker ale -- this must have had wheat because I had horrible stabbing pains! I dumped the rest of the bottle
Goat yogurt -- the pains finally subsided after I had this
