Days 55-62
Weight is still in the 150-154 range. I can't seem to stay with the program for more than 1-2 days. Yesterday I ended up eating four handfuls of gluten-free pretzels. They weren't salty enough, lots of carbs, and I felt like crap later. Not the usual carby crap, but excess corn & potato crap. Today I had a little bit of a sugar crash, so I ate two little apples. I'm still sticking to gluten-free/dairy free as best as I can. I'm going to try to give my liver as much of a rest as possible, and I'm continuing to drink nettle tea to help my kidneys.
