Exercise: nothing special

I have only myself to blame, of course.  I started eating almonds, which is always a mistake, I can eat multiple handfuls and they add in calories and make me puffy.

Goat yogurt
Bacon (a lot)
Almonds (no, stop eating them!)
Radishes
Steak w/salsa
Carrots
Goat yogurt

I'm sure I had more than that, but can't remember what now.
