Day 64 (May 4, 2011)
Weight: 144lb, lost .5 lbThe spice mixture on my salmon had a lot of salt, so we'll see how much lower the scale goes tomorrow. I haven't been eating a lot of vegetables. I had asparagus with my roast beef, but that's all I had today. I really craved the chicken w/yogurt curry sauce, I had seconds!
