Day 63 (May 3, 2011)
Weight: 144.5lb, lost 1lbToday was my second PP in this mini attack phase. I hope to be down in the 143s tomorrow. Boy, PP days are boring. Skipped my P90X workout, something came up, but I did get a small walk in before work.
