Day 82 (May 22, 2011)
Weight: 142lb, lost .5lbHmm. Yesterday, all the sweet potato chips were a bad idea. True they had no salt, but the calories do add up. Then I had that mozzarella in the evening, and now my dairy allergy has kicked in and I feel crummy. No workouts (I did do Ab Ripper X), I did have a long walk though, and various chores. Back to workouts tomorrow, and trying to get below 142.
