Day 84 (May 24, 2011)
Weight: 141.75lb, lost .25lbI'm glad I took the day off. Slept terribly, so I definitely needed the extra hours I got. Tired and achy, but drinking LOTS of fluids. Walked the dog, and then a brief walk to the store with the shopping cart. I think I'm going to do a PP day, I'm not that hungry anyway, and the regular cold eeze had a little sugar, so that's more than enough carbs! I also bought the sugar-free cold eeze & ricola while I was out, so that will keep the unnecessary carbs to a minimum.
