Weight: 144.75, gain .25lbTotally fell off the wagon this evening. Went to a party, had several glasses of wine and endless scoop-style corn chips. Well, back to work again I suppose.
1.25 scoop e.w. protein powder
Colonix
Bacon (3 slices)
Steak w/salsa
Yogurt
Walnuts
Chicken breast w/salsa
Roasted & salted cashews
Red wine, 3 glasses
Scoop corn chips - probably 1/2 a large bag
Day 61 (May 1, 2011)
Weight: 145.5, gain .75lbI won't really know what the situation is until tomorrow, because I get dehydrated from both wine & corn chips. Fighting cravings today. It's going to take a few days to get back on track, of course.
