Day 81 (May 21, 2011)
Weight: 142lb, lost .5lbLooks like I'm seesawing around 142-142.5. I want to see a 141 on the scale! I did get more sleep, so that was good. I could have gotten even more though. I'll try again tonight. My asthma was acting up, so no workouts.

Asthma has got to suck!!! It must be worse this time of year...
