Roasted squash w/cranberries
I had to buy some acceptable food for dinner, and the squash w/cranberries was the least bad, and cranberries aren't that sweet anyway.
Day 80 (May 20, 2011)
Weight 142.5lb, gained .5lbI did not get enough sleep, so today's task is not to gain. It's so easy to just eat to keep from nodding off. I felt really drained, so decided to skip the workout and do it tomorrow.
