It's week 11. I decided to not worry so much about increasing pushup reps, and try to concentrate more on quality over quantity. I still increased my pushups to 121, 12 more than 2 weeks ago. I'm sure being 2.5lb lighter doesn't hurt either. As for pullups, didn't do any unassisted, and kept within 2 of last time. I'm beginning to see more definition in my arms, very exciting!
