Dukan Diet 2013 -- Week 1 Thursday

Day 4
Weight: 151.5b (68.72kg, 10.82st)
Total Dukan 2013: 1.5lb (.68kg, .11st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 6.50lb (2.95kg, .46st)


I got home late, so I did ARX, but not Chest & Back.  I'll double up on the weekend.  One child will be away, so it'll be less stressful, no policing!

Water & other liquids (non-caffeinated): low - 72oz

Exercise: nothing extra

1 scoop e.w. protein powder
Roast chicken breast
Spaghetti squash
Roasted green beans w/garlic
Goat yogurt
Steak
Roasted bell pepper
Walnuts (handful)
Goat yogurt
