I've been feeling terrible all morning, which I am thinking is due to the fact that I am still using the stevia powder, and therefore often getting a megadose by accident.  I need to throw it out, as the bloating and wheezing is my ragweed allergy acting up again.  I keep thinking it's wasteful to throw it out, but it's not good for me and it has to go!

I didn't do any workouts.  My early dinner at Chipotle was a terrible mistake.  I was bloated, and just wanted to sit down and not move.  This wasn't just a feeling, I really felt like I was waddling.

1 scoop e.w. protein powder
Scrambled eggs
Salad w/lettuce, mushrooms, carrots, beets, cucumbers, grilled chicken, balsamic vinaigrette (GF)
Goat yogurt

Chipotle Steak Burrito Bowl:
Beans, steak, tomatoes, medium & hot sauces, guacamole

Goat yogurt
Walnuts

  1. How interesting on the stevia! I haven't tried it personally but it is pushed so much! I'll probably stay away from it now.

    1. Oh no, you've misunderstood! I am still using stevia, but not that particular powdered version. I am using Stevia Leaf tablets, and their packets, because they are prepared so that one packet or tablet is the equivalent of 1 tsp of sugar. The shaker bottle of powder is pretty much "uncut". A serving is 1/80th of a teaspoon -- try shaking the right amount out of a bottle! I was always getting way too much, and I was having an allergic reaction the last few months as a result. I've had no problems with stevia for the past 3+ years, until I started using these shaker bottles. I would definitely recommend stevia, but make sure you get one that allows you to dole out a serving properly. I would avoid Truvia though, I've heard there's too much chemistry involved in its production.
