OK, time to do some detective work. I was feeling less puffy, then I poofed up by the time I got home from work. I took some supplements I hadn't taken the day before, and I also had some walnuts (been nut-free for two days). The suspects:
Stevia
Walnuts
Kelp supplement
The other supplements I took (vit D supplement, garlic supplement, vit B-50 supplement, mega green tea extract) I have been taking for months/yrs the same w/o puffiness. I am allergic to crustaceans, so it could be the kelp, but I was having puffiness issues before I started taking the kelp (mid Feb). I am going to skip the walnuts & kelp tomorrow, and see if the puffiness goes down. Maybe I just have to forgo the nuts. I swapped almonds for walnuts, but it may be that I just can't do nuts in the volume I've been doing them. I will also switch to the stevia powder packets if the walnut/kelp removal doesn't help
