Exercise: ran errand at lunch

I lost a lot of air yesterday, and I actually feel a little dizzy right now (just before noon).  I was hungry this morning, but I am going for a zero-carb day again today. Well, the Colonix fiber I have every morning has 9g of carbs, 8g of fiber, but that adds up a net carb of 1g, so that's almost zero-carb.  The egg white protein powder has 4g.  Maybe I'll skip the powder on PP days to bring the carb level down even further.  Otherwise, yesterday went fine.  Today was fine as well.  However, I did eat my second hamburger patty late in the evening.  I have to stop having these snacks/meals shortly before bedtime.  I know people are less successful when they eat only an hour or two before bed.
