Exercise: nothing special

So yesterday's dietary mistakes are making today very uncomfortable.  Not only did the scale go up (salt & beans?), but I still feel lousy.  Obviously I am not really able to stray much -- I have to maintain a low-salt and no-bloat diet.

1 scoop e.w. protein powder
Scrambled eggs
Broiled salmon
Goat yogurt

Can't remember what I had for dinner

Goat yogurt
Walnuts
