I did OK on Saturday, except for the wine.  I was going to do ARX and C&B, but it just didn't happen.

1 scoop e.w. protein powder
Goat yogurt
Roast pork
Flemish beef stew
Red wine
Sauteed onions
Goat yogurt
Walnuts


Day 14
Weight: 150.75b (68.38kg, 10.77st)
Loss: .75b
Total Dukan 2013: 2.25lb (1.02kg, .16st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 7.25lb (3.29kg, .52
st)

Exercise: P90X Chest & Back

Finally did a workout!  I had a day without Stevia, so I had honey w/my tea, and tried to make some lemonade w/honey, but that was a failure.

1 scoop e.w. protein powder

Salad w/chicken, mushrooms, lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette
Goat yogurt
Roast pork w/mustard
Goat yogurt
Honey (several spoonfuls)  -- I got a sugar rush from this!
