Exercise: grocery shopping

I had a scare a little before dinner, I bent down to do something and poked my eye on a metal skirt hanger hanging off a bookshelf.  Thank goodness I closed my eyelid, as I could feel my eyeball being moved.  I was visualizing blood flowing everywhere, but fortunately, it felt much worse than it looked.  My lid has a bruise and a scratch, and my eye was sensitive the rest of Saturday evening.  I immediately had some wine to calm down, and no workout...

I'm sure I had add'l food, but can't remember what it was now.  Dinner was a huge salad w/chicken, goat cheese, mushrooms & balsamic vinagrette, red wine

Loss: 1lb!

I skipped another P90X workout, but I did do a tabata set of kettlebells.  I can feel it today (Monday).  Today was supposed to be a PV day, but it turned into mostly a PP day (except for the beer & onions!)
