Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 18 Tuesday

Day 126
Weight: 138.5lb (62.95kg, 9.89st)
Gain: .25lb
Total lost: 9lb (4.09kg, 0.64st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 19.5lb (8.86kg, 1.39st)

Water intake: 141oz & 30oz lemonade (171oz = 5.05l) & 1 mug of herbal tea

If I put on muscle and don't go below 138.25 I'm going to cry!  I do seem to be shrinking, so I'll try to be patient.  I actually did some research on the weight of some fitness models my height,  to see what a good range is for a woman with a significant amount of muscle.  At 5'7" (yes, I'm 5'6.75", but close enough!) they ranged from 120-135lb.  Of course it all depends on your frame, but it looks like 130-135lb would be reasonable for me.  I did weigh 126 when I was swimming a lot, but 120 is definitely out!  I did P90X yesterday, and also walked 45min plus ran errands at lunch.  This morning it was raining, and I thought it was raining at lunch (just really cloudy), but it was all clear after work, so I did a power walk for 30min. I also did another 100 reps of ARX.
