It's a PV day today again. As usual, a gain on my first PV day after some PP days. However, my overall average this past week was almost a pound lower, so I am very happy! Shortly before bed, I was still craving some yogurt, so I ate a spoonful instead of a serving.

I know everyone is different but I find it weird that you gain on your PV days. I didn't have a single PP day the entire time I did cruise (all 8 long months of it) and I lost the weight so fast anyways!

I think it's add'l water retention. Also, since I now do 3PP days in a row most of the time, it's WC issues as well. When I was doing split PP days, I was losing more slowly/plateauing, but no WC problems. I usually drop weight over the weekend/latest Monday, so it's annoying, but not too frustrating as I now understand that it's misleading.
