P90X Spring 2012: Week 5 Chest, Shoulders & Tris
I did the CS&T workout for Week 5 of P90X. I increased my pushups, which makes sense, as I am 8lbs lighter than I was in Feb/Mar the last time I did it, and a few more than I did in Week 5 around this time last year. I only did 100 reps of ARX.
