Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 18 Thursday

Day 128
Weight: 137.50lb (62.50kg, 9.82st)
Loss: .25lb
Total lost: 10.00lb (4.50kg, 0.71st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 20.50lb (9.32kg, 1.46st)
Milestone:  10lb lost in this second round of Dukan (the successful one!)

Water intake: 141oz & 15oz lemonade & 1 can diet soda (168 = 5l) & 1 mug of herbal tea

I didn't drink enough yesterday, but since I had peas which would have made me post a gain, I'm happy.  Today is a PP day.  I got off the subway one stop early this morning, then ran errands at lunch, and after work walked 50 blocks, about 75 minutes. It's Week 2 for this round of P90X, so I did the Chest & Back workout.

Colonix & Paranil
1.25 e.w. protein powder
Roast pork loin
Goat yogurt
Manchego (sheep cheese), approx 1oz
Goat yogurt
More goat yogurt after I did my P90X workout
