Yay! I got a good night's sleep last night, I went to bed early. I woke up refreshed, and evidently well-hydrated, as my system is clearing up, so I'm hoping to get some good news tomorrow morning. I am still shrinking according to the measuring tape. I think I'm maxing out on liquids though today, but it does show me that I do have to up my liquids on PP days.

Scrambled eggs -- I cooked 4 jumbo, crazy! I feel like my stomach is going to explode, I didn't even finish. Three would have been enough, maybe still too much!
