P90X Spring 2012: Weeks 2 & 3
I forgot to post last week's Shoulders & Arms, so this post is for three workouts! Anyway, I am getting stronger as well as lighter, so I was able to increase my reps in pushups/pullups during Chest & Back, and I was able to improve my performance in Shoulders & Arms both weeks. I've been skimping on ARX this week, I only did about 100 reps on Friday, same for yesterday. I'll try to bust a few more reps out tonight. My other "workouts" have been walking, walking, and more walking. My "rest week" is next week, so I won't be doing these two workouts for 6 weeks. Boo!
