My cousin's son was on a ship that was participating in NY's Fleet Week, so we went on the open tour, then spent some time chatting with him. We went to a restaurant nearby. I did the best I could in an Italian restaurant, so I'm not sure what was in the following dressings. I split both of the following with my mom:
Salad (lettuce, avocado, red onions, "lemon dressing")
Salmon carpaccio (Lox) w/fennel dill salad and some sort of sauce/dressing
Goat yogurt
Chicken breast tenders w/bbq sauce (the naughty kind)
Zucchini
Almonds
Love Salmon Capaccio! and Zucchini? How do you make your Zucchini? do you just grill them or boil them?
ReplyDeleteSorry, I forgot to say I just steamed them. I love grilled zucchini, I have that at the office from the cafeteria when it's available.
