Dukan Diet Restart -- Cruise Week 19 Saturday

Day 130
Weight: 138.00lb (62.73kg, 9.86st)
Gain: .75lb
Total lost: 9.50lb (4.32kg, 0.68st)
Total lost since 3/2011: 20lb (9.09kg, 1.43st)

Water intake: 72oz & 56oz lemonade & 1 can stevia soda (140 oz = 4.14l ) & mug of herbal tea

As I suspected, too much sodium equals a gain.  My toe is feeling better, making sure to eat alkaline veggies.

1.25 e.w. protein powder
Broccoli
Goat yogurt
Chicken parmesan (tomato sauce, sheep cheese, both salty)
Almonds -- they're very alkaline!
More goat yogurt
Pork roast
Sauteed green beans (probably too much olive oil)
Manchego cheese

  1. Yup sodium is a killer for retaining water i believe. But why do salty things taste so good :p

    We were having pretty good bacon until a couple of days ago when it was just too salty for us to finish. :(
