Ran some errands. It was nice to see a lower number today. I still have 3.25lb to lose. Hmmm. I was going to have a Dukan pure protein (PP) day, but my daughter surprised me and made me salmon w/asparagus, so I ate that. The salmon was made with a little maple syrup, and the asparagus had butter. It was yummy! Hopefully I don't react too badly. I'll have a PP day tomorrow and Monday.
